1. Nature of the information concerned

All information shared within the collaboration is considered confidential, including:

  • Internal documents of training organizations
  • Training content and materials
  • Information related to learners
  • Commercial and organizational strategies
  • Access to tools, platforms and software

2. Non-disclosure commitment

Novalta Consulting commits to:

  • Not disclose any information to third parties without prior authorization
  • Not use information for any purpose other than the mission
  • Protect data against any unauthorized access

These commitments apply during and after the mission, without limitation of duration.

At the end of the mission, data may:

  • Be securely deleted upon request

The client may request return or deletion at any time, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

7. Regulatory compliance

Novalta Consulting commits to comply with applicable regulations regarding personal data protection, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This includes:

  • Respecting the rights of data subjects
  • Implementing appropriate security measures
  • Notification in case of a data breach
  • Maintaining a processing register

8. Mutual commitment

The client also commits to:

  • Share only information necessary for the mission
  • Secure their own access
  • Inform Novalta Consulting of any specific confidentiality constraints
  • Report any security incident as soon as possible

Confidentiality is a shared responsibility and requires collaboration from all parties.

9. Ethics and integrity

Novalta Consulting commits to:

  • Refuse any abusive or fraudulent use of data
  • Act with integrity and professionalism
  • Preserve the trust established with clients
